Yes, Nyong’o, Orengo, and Sifuna were temporarily barred from Bomas Tallying Centre

True

Kisumu governor-elect Anyang’ Nyong’o, his Siaya counterpart Orengo and newly elected Nairobi senator Sifuna were locked out for hours on August 14, 2022, at Bomas of Kenya,

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) argued that their presence attracted their supporters who are not authorised to be in a tallying centre.

The leaders were eventually allowed into the premises. They were not, however, permitted to enter the arena where the verification process was taking place. The security guards, on the other hand, led them to the VIP lounge.
