We conducted a reverse image search on a screenshot from the video, which led to an article published on Kaieteur News, a privately owned daily newspaper published in Guyana, South America, on February 10, 2022. According to the article, the incident occurred on Croal Street in Georgetown, the country’s capital, and the suspects were later apprehended at a house on David Street in Kitty, Georgetown.

We also discovered a February 12, 2022 article in the Guyana Times about two men who were charged with robbery with aggravation and remanded.
