No, the photo of a damaged helicopter does not show an attack on outgoing Nigerian President Buhari, but was taken in Kenya.

False

A reverse image search reveals that the photo was taken in Kenya in April 2022, when a chopper carrying Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga was stoned by a gang of youth in Uasin Gishu County.

The incident occurred immediately following Mzee Jackson Kibor’s funeral at Samitui farm. According to Odinga, the attack destroyed the chopper’s air shield.

His vehicles were also pelted with rocks.
