A reverse search reveals that the footage shared on KBC Channel 1’s YouTube channel dates back to May 26, 2022, during the 19th national prayer breakfast, an annual ecumenical event offered under the auspices of the Co-Patrons, the Speaker of the Senate, and the National Assembly, where the then Deputy President, now President William Ruto, broke protocol at the breakfast meeting from minute 2:03:15 of the video after inviting Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition deputy leader Martha Karua to address those in attendance on behalf of Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga, who was not present.
