No, Malaysia Airplane MH370, which went missing 9 years ago, has not been found.

False

The image of an airplane in water shared is of an abandoned jet that was sunk in 2019 to create an artificial reef to encourage marine life, not of Malaysia Airplane MH370, which went missing nine years ago.

Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 was a Malaysia Airlines international passenger flight that went missing on March 8, 2014, while flying from Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia to its planned destination, Beijing Capital International Airport in China.

The official search for the plane was called off in 2017.

Rating Justification

The iVerify Network of Fact-Checking Desks has fact-checked this content and established that it is False.

To arrive to this conclusion, the iVerify Network of Fact-Checking Desks has conducted the following process. A reverse image search reveals that the plane photographed by American underwater photographer Brett Hoelzer is an old Lockheed Martin L1011 Tristar, complete with three engines mounted on the wings and tail fin, and that it is deep beneath the surface of the Red Sea, among the fish and coral. The Lockheed Martin L1011 Tristar jet was purposefully sunk in the Sea off the coast of Jordan in 2019 to promote dive tourism and coral growth.
